Discharging Taxes in Bankruptcy and Your Other Resolution Options. (2 hrs CE) Deep dive into bankruptcy and how it affects taxes and other resolution options. Includes case studies on timelines for including taxes in bankruptcy.
Due Diligence: It’s not just for EITC anymore. (2 hrs CE Ethics) A detailed dive into due diligence from the tax professionals’ side of the desk including items needing due diligence, case studies and preparer penalties and preparer audits.
